The Pat Crawford Jazz Quintet, based in Southeastern Wisconsin, features a far-reaching jazz songbook covering 70 years of jazz.

Starting Wednesday, September 10, from 6:30-8:30 pm, The Pat Crawford Big Band will begin holding rehearsals every other Wednesday,  at Java Vino, 424 Main Street, downtown Racine.  (For more see www.myjavavino.com).  This elegant storefront venue offers great food, fine wine, micro-brew beer and gourmet coffee, and also features all types of entertainment, and we are proud to have Java Vino as our partner in this new effort.  Come out and listen to the big band sounds after work and join us for great music, drinks and food!

Both our Quintet and our Big Band were just nominated by the Wisconsin Area Music Industry Association for both Big Band of the Year and Traditional Jazz Group of the Year.  The WAMI's awards dinner will be held in Milwaukee on April 28 and we hope you will all be rooting for us to win!
